I offer online groups with optional group conference calls, in person groups in the Mountain View and San Francisco Bay areas, individual Soul Coaching sessions, Soul Journeys, and coaching support in person, over the phone, and via email. I truly love Soul Coaching and use it every day!

I was born in the UK, grew up in upstate New York, and lived in Germany, Boston, MA, Santa Cruz, CA, and Silicon Valley (San Francisco Bay Area). I have been involved with high tech before I got involved with Soul Coaching, Medical Qigong, Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, Massage, and Reiki. I completed my Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Medical Qigong, and am a Licensed Acupuncturist. I enjoy meditation, medical qigong, taiji, yoga stretches, mysticism, walking, hiking, and being outdoors. I love connecting with nature and people. One of my favorite places is Yosemite National Park.
