Allison brings a wealth of compassion, understanding,
and insight into her coaching practice. Her various life experiences and studies also assist her in providing a safe and
sacred space in which to explore the depths of your soul as well as to acknowledge every day life situations.
Allison was born in the UK, grew up in upstate NY, and lived in Germany, Boston, MA, Santa Cruz, CA, and Silicon
Valley (San Francisco Bay Area). She has been involved with high tech, before she got involved with Soul Coaching, Medical
Qigong, Acupuncture, and Chinese Medicine. She completed her Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Medical Qigong, and
is a Licensed Acupuncturist. She enjoys meditation, medical qigong, taiji, yoga stretches, mysticism, walking, hiking, and
being outdoors. She loves connecting with nature, animals, and people. One of her favorite places is Yosemite National Park.
She enjoyed assisting others in learning and discovering in the high tech arena, and enjoyed hiking, bicycling, and a
variety of other activities, however, she felt something was missing. And so began her quest for something more...
Allison attended Denise's first Soul Coaching seminar and knew immediately that this was something so powerful and amazing
that she wanted to help spread the word and share this with the world. She facilitates online and in person groups as well
as works with individuals in person, over the telephone, and via email.
