What I offer

I offer Soul Coaching in a variety of different ways - online groups with optional group conference calls, in person groups in the Santa Cruz and San Francisco Bay areas, individual Soul Coaching program, Soul Journeys, and coaching support in person, over the phone, and via email. Each client is unique so I am open to tailoring the experience to meet the needs of my client.

The 28-day program

For the 28 day program I usually send out daily emails with the information for the day as well as whatever inspirational encouragement and support comes through to me and seems appropriate. I encourage my clients to listen to Denise's audio recordings that go along with the program each day. These were available from Denise's website, however, they are no longer available there. If you don't already have them, I could make a CD with the mp3 files that play on most computers and mail it to you. They are each about 10 or so minutes long and include a short guided meditation each day. It is like having Denise there with you each and every day.

You have the opportunity to set your intention for the program and make a commitment to yourself before the program begins or on the first day of the program. These are a few suggestions in preparing for the program. The introduction to the program talks about these things in more detail.

Online Groups

For online groups I offer five or six optional weekly hour long conference calls where we connect over the phone in a safe and sacred space and share what has come up during the past week, touch upon the week to come, and enjoy a short guided meditation. There is one call before each week - Air week, Water week, Fire week, and Earth week, as well as one after Earth week, and often one after the Quest.

In Person Groups

In person groups meet once a week for five or six weeks for two and a half hours. Similar to online groups we have one meeting before each week - Air week, Water week, Fire week, and Earth week, as well as one after Earth week, and often one after the Quest. We will co-create and share what has come up during the past week, touch upon the week to come, and enjoy a guided meditation. Each week we will have different activities and/or projects that we will enjoy together to further empower us in our journey. The activities vary, however, some of them may include creating a collage or a vision seed map, a spirit stick or a prayer stick, drawing a time line for your life, writing a letter to me or someone as if you were a year in the future and then sharing it with a small group as if it had already happened, or participating in vision circles where we empower each other's dreams. It is an extra special treat to be able to meet in person and connect in this way.

Individuals

I also guide individuals through the program either in person or on the phone. The structure is similar. We have one call before each week - Air week, Water week, Fire week, and Earth week, as well as one after Earth week, and often one after the Quest. We will touch upon how the past week has gone, any challenges or other things that may have been discovered, talk about the week ahead, and with one on one clients it is more tailored to the individual with a guided mediation or personal Soul Journey each week.

Soul Journeys and Past Life Journeys

I also offer individual Soul Journeys and Past Life Journeys. These are very powerful and unique to each individual and the particular moment and situation in a person's life. They are a wonderful addition to going through the 28-day program with a group. I also offer these separate from the 28-day program. In a Journey you are in a very relaxed state and at the same time aware of what is going on and can communicate what you are experiencing. You are in control at all times. I assist you in discovering whatever message your soul has for you. I provide you with some notes from our session. It is a pleasure and an honor to guide you on a Journey.

Pricing

The 28-day online groups that I facilitate are $200 for the 28 day program including five or six optional weekly conference calls with a short guided mediation each call.

In person Soul Coaching groups including an online group and five or six weekly meetings are $500.

Individual one on one sessions are $125 for the first initial session and are about 75 to 90 minutes. Individual sessions after the first session are $75 and are about 50 to 60 minutes. Additional time beyond 90 and 60 minutes quoted above is $75 per hour.

Before the first individual session, I send out a client information form. I ask for a picture to be emailed if possible. The client can view my picture and get some idea about me on the Soul Coaching website.

I spend some time before the session to review the client information form. This allows me to get some familiarity with the client before our first session.

I suggest the following package for individuals doing the 28-day program with me. I believe it works best with 6 or 7 calls and daily emails along with some additional email correspondence and email support throughout the program. I like to be flexible and tailor the program for each individual as appropriate.

Ideally, 7 calls, with one call a week before starting the program, then one at the beginning of the first week, second week, third week, fourth week, one after the fourth week, and another call one or two weeks after completing the program and doing the Quest. $125, $75, $75, $75, $75, $75, $75 totaling $575. Sending out daily emails in addition to the weekly calls above is $200. This daily email price also includes some email correspondence throughout the program. You may send me daily emails if you so desire if you have any questions or if you have something you would like to share with me. The total for the 7 calls and daily emails is $775. In some situations, we may combine the first two calls. The total for 6 calls and daily emails is $700. If I am already running a group at the same time, then I can offer a $100 discount for a total of $675 or $600 respectively. Any additional in-person or phone time is $75 per hour.

I think it is helpful to get an introduction and look at the individual's particular needs a week or so before the program to allow time for things to percolate, to gain clarity for their intention for the program, and to consider doing some preparatory work. This also applies to people participating in my groups. Alternatively some people choose to simply jump right in on day one.

Other Group sessions

If people are interested in doing some other group sessions, I am open to that as well. It could be 2.5 hours at $50 per person, 4 hours at $80 per person, or all day/7 hours at $140 per person. I would like at least four people to do a group session.

Payment methods

You may pay via Paypal with a credit card or personal check from a US Bank or an international money order made out in US dollars. Payments are due at the beginning of the program. You may pay for individual phone or in person Soul Journeys or Past Life Journeys as they occur.
